Total Responsibility Protection applies to every situation. Installation support is included in the purchase price. Normal Support includes domestic and some commercial support and is an Option that is additional to the purchase price of the SeaBis System.   Cumulative Normal Support remains cumulative while your subscription is current. Unused Cumulative Normal Support continues to increment, every year, while your subscription is current. The SeaBis Traffic Light System is easy to follow.

Special Support is protracted support to commercial / industrial situations. Special Support applies after the initial contact, after the purchased Normal Support and to other than domestic / light commercial situations. We will all ways notify you should Special Support attract an increased fee and where ever possible estimate that fee based on the information we know at that time. Should other information apply we will contact you before proceeding.

Special Support applies to rigs, industrial equipment and premises, military, large ships, some large commercial vehicles and vessels, pipelines, railways, street lighting and power. The cost of Special Support will vary from pre-paid to a quote or, as a extreme and very rare worst case situation an hourly rate depending on the required skill base and location. Support must be prepaid.

We will only proceed with Special Support when certain of 100% success. Success is 100% elimination of all electrolysis corrosion capable current.  There is no compromise.

Support time commencement date is the invoice date and all Support is supplied after complete payment is received by SeaBis.

So Special Support may be applicable. Special Support commences after Normal Support (included in the purchase price) is provided. Special Support can be detailed and / or protracted, depending on your need. Commonly Special Support is not essential because your Technician / Electrician needs very little instruction. The Traffic Light System is easy to follow. The instruction may consist of "make diagnosis easier by eliminating (named circuit) source of electrolysis first.." and "do not use a multimeter because SeaBis will do a much better job and it is safe" .  The SeaBis Money Back 3 year Guarantee applies.
